UX Designer Lead

Present-2 Years

During my tenure at FactSet, I played a key role in the core DS team, expanding and refining the component library with a focus on accessibility. I led the transition to a new design system and supervised the redesign of critical applications like Calendar, TCA (Transactional Cost Analysis), and the Advisor Dashboard. Additionally, I spearheaded the development of advanced features, including Generative AI in the web interface and led the redesign of tables using Atomic Design Methodology to ensure consistency and scalability across all applications.

Robinhood

ML Product Designer

I developed machine learning tools for Robinhood's data scientists in Security, Anti-fraud, and Privacy teams. As part of the design systems, I improved user experience for existing and new products by shaping design thinking and roadmaps. This involved conducting survey-based research and creating user-centered designs.

ArchM

AR Product Designer

I created an augmented reality communication headset for maintenance, emphasizing environment understanding and user planning. This involved designing object overlays and callouts for AR interaction, developing screens and volumetric interface designs. I managed camera control for AR interaction in Unity 5 and designed the logo and brand graphics assets for ARCHm, including a responsive website. Additionally, I provided art direction to fellow designers and engineers, collaborating closely with AR technologists to implement designs effectively.

Lime

UX/UI Design Apprenticeship

I led a four-week sprint at Lime, exploring user perceptions of sidewalk scooter riding and enhancing onboarding for safer riding. I analyzed survey and interview data, using affinity mapping to organize qualitative insights and define our approach. This research guided the development of a new onboarding flow in the Lime app, integrating data visualization to improve visual and communication.
